We accommodate ASAP request or advance notice. Typically, we can arrange a service for you within one hour.
Appointments booked during the following times incur an added after-hours fee.
6:00 AM-8:00 AM-extra $100
8:00 AM-9:00 AM-extra $50
9:00 AM-9:00 PM- Normal Rate
9:00 PM-11:00 PM- extra $50
11:00 PM-12:00 AM- extra $100
12:00 AM-6:00 AM- rate is negotiated

Our team is comfortable signing nondisclosure agreements (NDA’s) when needed.
We accept cash, credit cards, venmo and apple pay.
To confirm an appointment, you must provide a credit card at the time of booking. If you choose to pay with another form of payment you will have the option to do so.
Receipts are available upon request after each service.
All appointments require a 24 HOUR cancellation notice. If you do not cancel within this time period, you will be charged for the entire service fee. Appointments booked the same day, will not have an option to cancel without a full charge penalty.
For special events, we require a 72 HOUR cancellation notice. If you do not cancel within the 72 hour period, you will be charged for the entire event.
The most requested regions are: Northern & Southern California, New York City, Hamptons, Atlanta, Miami, Las Vegas, Chicago, Dallas and more. Feel free to reach out to check our availabilities in areas not listed.
Gratuities are optional and always appreciated. They are not included in the service charge.
If you choose to add gratuities feel free to include it with the final payment.
Holidays subject to additional fees: Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day & Thanksgiving .
Parking fees for the technicians are subject to be added to the total service charge in some areas. Ask prior to booking.
Travel fees might apply if the appointment is requested outside of our area.
Waiting fees are enforced when a client is later than 15 minutes after the confirmed appointment. You will not be charged for the grace period.

All of our technicians are practicing safe protocols to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Technians follow safe protocols based on the guidelines setforth by the state and federal guidelines. Masks are worn at all times as well as daily sympton checks to ensure our technicians are healthy before taking a client.
Clients are required to fill out a COVID-19 HEALTH INFORMATION & INFORMED CONSENT FORM prior to the appointment.
In the event the technician or the client develop symptoms, the appointment will be rescheduled for another date without penalty.
